LCDS Community Loses Parents of Former Students

Our community has lost several special people and dear friends of LCDS. In April, Kenneth Kronberg, father of Max (’98) and husband to Molly, died. Ken was a loving and wonderful father and husband, and a supportive member of our LCDS community. He was a man of many talents, with a particular gift with language. Ken revered words and the precision, elegance, and metaphorical potential of poetry. He was a teacher, philosopher, poet, dramatist, and director, among many other gifts. At his memorial service, Max paid tribute to his father with a brilliant and moving reading of Shelley’s poetic masterpiece, “Ode to the West Wind.” We shall miss Ken very much. Our thoughts and prayers remain with Molly and Max during this difficult period.
